Over-sized balconies with a view of a golf course combine to create a resort-like experience for modern urban living

The Gupta Group announces the launch of Yonge City Square, the first and only new condominium to be built in the Hogg's Hollow neighborhood in over 20 years.

With two residential towers at 28- and 14-storeys each, and 704 suites ranging from approximately 350 to 1,000 sq. ft., the community will feature retail offerings on the ground floor and some commercial office space below.

“You will not find a comparable site anywhere in the GTA,” said Gupta at an event to launch the new condo. “Why? There’s direct access to the subway, it’s close to the 401 and nothing (else) can be built because there is a river and a golf course.”

“It’s the perfect location, it’s everything that anyone can ask for.”

In an interview, Gupta said the the land was purchased eight years ago and a significant amount of that time was spent in the approval stage which included rezoning it from office/commercial to residential,

“But we got the approvals now, the site is shovel-ready and construction will begin any day,” he added.

Amenities include a lavish, ninth-floor terrace overlooking green landscapes with an outdoor pool, resort-style lounge chairs, private cabanas, BBQ stations, outdoor prep kitchen, firepit, and dining lounge, plus a fitness and a business center.

Also of note is a stylish entertainment lounge with a golf simulator, a mini-putt area and bar surrounded by views of the Don Valley Golf Course.

Suite features include up to 12-ft high smooth-finished ceilings; expansive balconies or terraces and choice of designer-selected flooring and finishes.
